Licence Update

Updated: 23.09.2026

On 30 September 2026, Bitcasino is moving from its Curaçao gaming licence to an Anjouan gaming licence.

Nothing changes for you. Your account, balance and bonuses all stay exactly as they are. Same casino, same games, same experience.

Below you will find answers to the most common questions about the change.

Why are we making the change?

As part of the continued development of our business, we are moving our gaming operations from our existing Curaçao licence to an Anjouan gaming licence.

Most importantly, the move is not intended to change the experience we provide to you. Our casino services will continue as usual, with only minor updates to the licence details, Terms and Conditions and related regulatory information.

When is it happening?

The move takes effect on 30 September 2026. You do not need to do anything before or after this date.

What does this mean for you?

Nothing changes in the way you use Bitcasino.

• You keep access to the same casino and games.
• Your account, balance and bonuses stay exactly as they are.
• All the usual account features continue to work throughout the move.
• The new licence does not add any limitations to your experience or to our offering, the way you know it.

What is actually changing?

The changes are mainly administrative and regulatory:

• New gaming licence: Bitcasino will be operated under an Anjouan gaming licence instead of the previous Curaçao licence.
• New operator: Bitcasino will be operated by a new Anjouan entity, EZ Spins Ltd.
• Updated Terms and Conditions: our Terms and Conditions will be updated to reflect the new licensed entity, regulatory framework and related legal information.
• Updated regulatory information: the licence details, licence seal and other regulatory references in the footer of the site will be updated accordingly.

What is not changing?

The move does not change how you use our services. The following all continue as usual:

• Our casino and live casino games
• Your account, balance and bonuses
• Deposits, withdrawals and all payment functionality
• Customer support and all existing contact details

Do I need to take any action?

No. Everything moves over automatically. You do not need to re-register, verify your account again or change any settings.

Depending on your region, we may ask you to review and accept our updated Terms and Conditions the next time you log in. This only takes a moment, and your account, balance and bonuses stay exactly as they are.

How can you reach us?

Our communication channels stay the same. If you have a VIP manager, you can keep contacting them directly as usual. You can also reach our Customer Support team through live chat or at [email protected].
